"We found this company googling for irrigation repairs after reviewing their website and Facebook page we decided to give them a go after others didn't return our calls. We called and got Sarah who set up for the tech to come by same day. The tech name was Juan. really nice tech. He did an awesome job repairing some of our sprinkler heads. He respected the lawn didn't tear it up and any holes he dug he filled back up. We also asked him about upgrading our control system and he told me to call Sarah and she set it all up for us with Seth. Seth came out upgraded the control box and walked my husband through setup and how to use it. Seth made us laugh when he said the control system before was as ancient as the dinosaurs. He was telling the truth lol. He got us back in business with a new control system. We just bought our home 2 years ago and the last Homeowner didn't take care of the system. Seth and Juan spent a total of 3 days troubleshooting and diagnosing our system. They found that the city capped off my pipes and put them in the storm drain. It was a mess. I had been calling City of Forsyth, Kernersville and NCDOT since May of this year trying to find who our storm drain belongs to due to safety concerns and was getting the run around. Seth almost hurt his ankle on the drain and gave us advice on who to call and what to say and when I used it the city called me back to do maintenance on the drain just like that. Thank God they didn't get hurt working around the drains. This company was a blessing if it want for Seth and Jaun we would have never known the city ran our irrigation pipes through the drain until Sarah sent the pictures Seth took. Seth and Jaun even ran new pipes and relocated them. They inspected and repaired sprinkler heads and rotors. This is a great honest company. We normally due business with small businesses locally or Veterans Owned because my husband is a Vet but this time I am glad we chose them. We love that they love Christ. Its the little things we notice. Great communication through email and text. Had we worked with another company we would have probably spent more. We look forward to doing business again with them in the upcoming future. I have also referred them on my Next Door. Thank you TOC, Inc. Triad Irrigation."

"Huge shout out to Seth and Sarah! Didn't exactly know what we were signing up for other than having our irrigation system serviced; but from step one of scheduling the appointment all the way through the completion of the work, the customer service far exceeded my expectations. Sarah let me know what the process would be in terms of first having the area surveyed for utilities lines as well as what the initial fees and hourly charge would be. Fully transparent which I truly appreciated. Seth showed up this morning and walked me through what his plan would be. He made recommendations on what needed to be addressed right away as well as areas of opportunity over time. His professionalism and workmanship were outstanding! So much, in fact, that I decided to write this review (which I do not often do). Absolutely 5 stars! Thanks again Sarah and Seth"
